RECENT PROJECTS Woodinville Backyard prior to any work done. 25' stream flowing into 8' x 12', and 2' deep pond,  following natural slope of the backyard.  Pond area prior to any work done. Pond installed using natural vegetation and cobblerock, and is close to the deck so, homeowners can enjoy the sight and sound. Front Entrance before. Recirculating bubbling rocks, cobblerocks and natural vegetation added for extra curb appeal.  Installed larger header, and removed post obscuring view from window. View of driveway before work completed. New paver driveway and parking area installed.  Also added gravel path along side of house with stack stone border. Gravel installed and new edging along driveway. Mukilteo Prior to any work done. Complete front yard makeover, removed trees and stumps to widen driveway 4'. New exposed aggregate driveway with stamped and colored concrete borders.  Changed slope/grade of driveway for ease of access.  New asphalt skirt from driveway to street.  Extra parking area installed on side of house. Complete side yard renovation, including flagstone patio area, privacy hedge, and terraced beds using logs from trees removed. Rebuilt front porch to match driveway using composite decking. Mukilteo Backyard after demo, and prior to any grading.  Demo included removal of existing retaining wall, hot tub and old deck. 1.5' retaining wall added, installed paver patio wrapping from back of the house to the side, with decks on either side.  Trex deck with hidden fasteners, added fence for extra privacy.
